Relaxation is needed

Lately I have been so busy with starting thirty one and knitting and school I just haven’t had time to relax. Relaxation is much needed for my stress and recovery from the angina. I’m supposed to de-clutter and de-stress my day. Well that doesn’t seem to be happening. I am currently babysitting for my friend. Working as a package handler and doing thirty one. On top of being full time in school and having three kids a hubby two dogs and 4 blogs and knitting.
Doesn’t sound like I’m de-cluttering does it?
